Adecco has a direct hire opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant position in Cabot, AR. We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic space with one-on-one customer contact. A background in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Salary: $15/HR + Uncapped Commission
Responsibilities for Retail Sales Consultant position include but are not limited to:
- Customer transactions, including collecting payments, updating customer profiles, recovering, and issuing equipment as well as assisting with general inquiries.
- Determine customer needs and educate the customer in order to sell or upgrade services.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing for prolonged periods of time

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
